Work has been hectic and all encompassing of late and it isn't just Andi that travels. Steve has work colleagues in the VMware Beijing office who have been desperate for some attention over the last couple of years.
So a week of presenting VMware Tools software projects in great detail was the primary reason for the visit. Current projects include Windows installer work which is always a Pandora's box of fun. Not least but Windows file systems has to make a showing as it is one of the most used features in the VMware Fusion and Workstation product lines.

Lots of spicy and interesting food was tried and consumed during the week. Andi tried duck tongues on her recent visit to Shanghai and not to be outdone the Beijing team picked food that featured pigs throats, chicken feet, and pigs brains. Yum!
