We are renting out our Menlo Park house while we live in Basel. This involves a lot of preparation making it renter-ready.
Renter-ready involved outside clean up, fixing guttering, doors, indoor painting, electrical and plumbing.
Preparing to pack for international travel has two components: air shipment and sea shipment.
For our furniture we intend to keep but not use in Basel we have U-Hauled to Bend!
Now we are adding some cool artwork for our new Basel apartment.
